How we handle an enquiry

With your permission, Google Analytics processes usage information such as page visits and contact clicks. Google may process this information outside India. Analytics is optional, advertising features are disabled, and you can withdraw consent in the footer Privacy settings. Enquiry contents and contact details are not sent to Analytics.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, business email, company, optional phone number, request details and products you choose to provide. We record your consent and an enquiry reference so the team can respond and manage the request.

The portal stores enquiries in NOVATTA’s hosting environment. If an integration is enabled, relevant enquiry details may be passed to NOVATTA’s configured business systems. Marketing consent is separate; this form does not subscribe you to campaigns.

Contact info@novatta.in for privacy questions or to request review, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information. Enquiry records remain available to the authorised NOVATTA team for follow-up. To request removal, contact the address above.
